This month was just Visual development and Motion Capture. First i should say i learnt a bit more than usual about shading and lighting my projects. Not to say much, Lets get to what this whole month was all about for Visual Development.
First of all we were introduced to maya's mental ray lights and how to adjust them to our reference or liking. Pushed more into mental ray materials and rendering options and how to avoid ridiculous render time and so on. Knowing all that and a few more we began our final project with UVing texturing a scraper and adding procedurals to box materials and glass materials with caustics on a bottle. I wish i did more with metals, wood (even thoe we diffuse on wood at some point), plastics and so on. Class was worth it and these are my results.
After i tried to tweak it a little further in photoshop and experiment with more light , blur, stocks.
